I can not write about Palestine without Israel. I can not write about Israel without Palestine.
According to Palestinians the land belongs to them and Israelis saying they are the true owner.
what I got from all these is, as I went through the map I came to know that, say if the region is 100%, then earlier out of 100%, 90% was belongs to Palestinians, but after UN interference that entire land went to Jewish and now 10% belongs to Palestinians.

Palestine
Palestine is a geographic region in Western Asia between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River. It is sometimes considered to include adjoining territories. The name was used by Ancient Greek writers, and was later used for the Roman province Syria Palaestina, the Byzantine Palaestina Prima, and the Umayyad and Abbasid province of Jund Filastin. The region is also known as the Land of Israel, the Holy Land or Promised Land, and historically has been known as the Southern portion of wider regional designations such as Canaan, Syria, as-Sham, and the Levant.
Situated at a strategic location between Egypt, Syria and Arabia, and the birthplace of Judaism and Christianity, the region has a long and tumultuous history as a crossroads for religion, culture, commerce, and politics. The region has been controlled by numerous peoples, including Ancient Egyptians, Canaanites, Israelites, Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Ancient Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, the Sunni Arab Caliphates, the Shia Fatimid Caliphate, Crusaders, Ayyubids, Mameluks, Mongols, Ottomans, the British, and modern Israelis and Palestinians.
The boundaries of the region have changed throughout history. Today, the region comprises the State of Israel and Palestinian territories in which the State of Palestine was declared.

1. Bethlehem celebrates Christmas 3 times a year: Once on December 25 as per western tradition, then on 6 January as per the Greek Orthodox Church and then on 18 January, as per the Armenians.
2. 45% of the land in Palestine is dedicated to olive production. Most of this land is found in the West Bank.
3. The current Palestinian government works along the rules and regulations laid down in the Constitution of Palestine which came into existence in 1968.
4. Palestinian culture does not accept Lesbianism and Homosexuality.
Israel
Israel, is a country in Western Asia, situated at the southeastern shore of the Mediterranean Sea. It shares land borders with Lebanon to the north, Syria in the northeast, Jordan on the east, the Palestinian territories comprising the West Bank and Gaza Strip on the east and southwest, respectively, and Egypt and the Gulf of Aqaba in the Red Sea to the south. It contains geographically diverse features within its relatively small area. Israel's financial center is Tel Aviv, while Jerusalem is both its designated capital and the most populous individual city under the country's governmental administration. Israeli sovereignty over Jerusalem is internationally disputed.
On 29 November 1947, the United Nations General Assembly recommended the adoption and implementation of the Partition Plan for Mandatory Palestine. This UN plan specified borders for new Arab and Jewish states and also specified an area of Jerusalem and its environs which was to be administered by the UN under an international regime. The end of the British Mandate for Palestine was set for midnight on 14 May 1948. That day, David Ben-Gurion, the Executive Head of the Zionist Organization and president of the Jewish Agency for Palestine, declared "the establishment of a Jewish state in Eretz Israel, to be known as the State of Israel," which would start to function from the termination of the mandate. The borders of the new state were not specified in the declaration. Neighboring Arab armies invaded the former Palestinian mandate on the next day and fought the Israeli forces. Israel has since fought several wars with neighboring Arab states, in the course of which it has occupied the West Bank, Sinai Peninsula (1956–57, 1967–82), part of South Lebanon (1982–2000), Gaza Strip and the Golan Heights. It extended its laws to the Golan Heights and East Jerusalem, but not the West Bank. Efforts to resolve the Israeli–Palestinian conflict have not resulted in peace. However, peace treaties between Israel and both Egypt and Jordan have successfully been signed. Israel’s occupation of Gaza, the West Bank and East Jerusalem is the world's longest military occupation in modern times.
The population of Israel, as defined by the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics, was estimated in 2014 to be 8,146,300 people. It is the world's only Jewish-majority state; 6,212,000 citizens, or 74.9% of Israelis, are designated as Jewish. The country's second largest group of citizens are denoted as Arabs, with 1,718,400 people (including the Druze and most East Jerusalem Arabs).[29][30] The great majority of Israeli Arabs are Muslims; the rest are Christians and Druze. Other minorities include Maronites, Samaritans, Dom people, Black Hebrew Israelites, other Sub-Saharan Africans, Armenians, Circassians, Roma, Vietnamese boat people, and others. Israel also hosts a significant population of non-citizen foreign workers and asylum seekers from Africa and Asia.
In its Basic Laws, Israel defines itself as a Jewish and Democratic State. Israel is a representative democracy with a parliamentary system, proportional representation and universal suffrage. The Prime Minister serves as head of government and the Knesset serves as Israel's legislative body. Israel is a developed country and an OECD member, with the 43rd-largest economy in the world by nominal gross domestic product as of 2012. The country has the highest standard of living in the Middle East and the fifth highest in Asia, and has the one of the highest life expectancies in the world. The currency is Israeli new shekel (ILS).

Masjid Al-Aqsa
Some quick facts and history on Al-Aqsa:
1. Most scholars are of the opinion that Masjid Al Aqsa was first built by Prophet Adam.
Ibrahim (as) rebuilt the Masjid Al Aqsa in Jerusalem as he and Ismail rebuilt the Ka'ba in Makkah.
Prophet Daud (as) began the rebuilding of Masjid Al Aqsa.
2. It was Prophet Sulayman (as) who finally completed the building of Masjid Al Aqsa.
3. Masjid Al Aqsa built by Sulayman (as) was destroyed in 587 BC by Nebuchadnezzar King of Babylon.
4. The Jews call this same Masjid Al Aqsa built by Sulayman as their Temple.
5. The Jews re-built their Temple on the same site in 167 BC but was destroyed in 70 CE and Jews were banished from Jerusalem.
6. The site of Masjid Al Aqsa remained barren and was used as a rubbish tip for nearly 600 years until the Great Khalifah Umar bin Khattab liberated Jerusalem in 637/638 CE.
7. The Khalifah Umar bin Khattab began the foundation of Masjid Al Aqsa and a timber mosque was built.
8. The Umayyad Khalifah, Abd' al Malik ibn Marwan in 691/692 CE [72/73 AH] began the construction of Dome of the Rock - today this is the Golden Domed building.
9. The al Buraq wall or Western Wall where Prophet Muhammad tied his animal (the Buraq) on the night journey of al Isra is what the Jews call the wailing wall.
10. To Muslims it is the whole compound of Bail al-Maqdis which is most holy and important.
11. The sacred area of Bayt al-Maqdis (Al-Aqsa) has within it the Main Prayer Hall of Masjid Al Aqsa [Black Domed Building] and Dome of the Rock Building [the Golden Dome Building].
12. Israel occupied Bayt al-Maqdis (Al-Aqsa) in 1967 CE.
13. The Zionist Jews have made 100's of attempts to destroy Al Aqsa since 1967 when they occupied it. A fire in 1967 started by their help and destroyed the 900 year old Mimbar installed by Salahudeen Ayyubi, the Great Muslim Hero.
14. According to Muslims mythology, the Masjid was made by Jinn and Angels under the rule of Prophet Sulayman (as).
